Tosin Odusote is a human resource generalist with demonstrated competence in working as a business partner to design and implement solutions that enhance overall business performance. Her experiences are in training, learning and development, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits advisory, performance management systems, organizational development, and strategy.
Tosin has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from University of Ibadan, Ibadan and a Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, USA. She has a certification in administering SHL tools, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) USA, and HR Network Africa.
She has worked with Fuleji Nigeria Limited- Lagos, Total Nigeria Plc – Lagos, Indiana Small Business Institute – USA, Citizens International LLC USA, Kimberly Ryan Limited , Lagos. In 2007, she served as a HR Consultant/Partner with Value Endowment Company and worked to facilitate and develop business strategies for entrepreneurs and provide HR services to Clients in different industries.
She is currently the Managing Consultant at HReade.
Ever since i developed a special interest for human resources management , i have always followed Tosin Odusote, because to me she is an epitome of beauty and success. She is one of the few women have read about that are determined and succeeded. Looking at her profile you will notice she started just like many of us, she had her first degree and continued her learning because she got dreams.
