Yanmo joined Bamboo in 2020 After completing a Masters in Engineering and Chemical Engineering at Imperial College, London, Yanmo decided to relocate from the UK to Nigeria., and since then, she has played a critical role in driving the company’s growth and expansion.

Prior to joining Bamboo, Yanmo Omorogbe held positions as an investment analyst and investment associate at African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM). At AIIM, she was involved in the development and management of private equity infrastructure funds, specifically focused on investing institutional unlisted equity in long-term African infrastructure projects.

Yanmo’s experience in finance and her track record of driving growth made her an excellent fit for Bamboo. 

As COO, Yanmo is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including product development, customer experience, and risk management. She has also been instrumental in launching new products.

Under Yanmo’s leadership, Bamboo has continued to grow rapidly.
