Juliet Ehimuan is a Nigerian businesswoman and technology executive who currently serves as Director of Google Nigeria, where she oversees the company’s business strategy and operations in Nigeria and other African markets.

Born and raised in Nigeria, Ehimuan earned a degree in Computer Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She later obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from the London Business School in the United Kingdom.

After completing her studies, Ehimuan worked for several companies in Nigeria, including Shell Petroleum Development Company and Microsoft. Ehimuan started her career as a consultant with Accenture, a global management consulting and professional services firm. She worked with Accenture for several years, where she gained extensive experience in business strategy, technology consulting, and project management.

In 2005, Ehimuan co-founded Strategic Insight Consulting Limited, a Lagos-based consulting firm that specialized in providing technology and business advisory services to clients in Nigeria and other African countries. As the CEO of Strategic Insight Consulting, Ehimuan played a key role in helping clients develop and implement innovative technology solutions to improve their business processes and operations.

Ehimuan joined Google in 2011 as the Country Manager for Google Nigeria, where she was responsible for driving Google’s business strategy and operations in the country. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in establishing Google’s presence in Nigeria and other African markets, including launching the company’s first African Developer Space in Lagos, Nigeria.

In 2019, Ehimuan was appointed as Director of Google Nigeria, where she leads a team of professionals focused on helping businesses and individuals across Africa to leverage Google’s technology to improve their lives and grow their businesses.

Ehimuan is also a prominent advocate for technology education and entrepreneurship in Africa. She is a founding member and Chairperson of the Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), a non-profit organization that supports the development of women in leadership roles in Nigeria. She is also a member of the board of directors of several other organizations, including the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and the African Leadership Network.

Throughout her career, Ehimuan has received numerous accolades and awards for her leadership and contributions to the technology industry in Nigeria and Africa. In 2019, she was named among the Top 50 Women in Technology in Africa by IT News Africa, and in 2020, she was recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Business by Forbes Africa.
