Soetan began her career in the Aviation sector before moving to Sahara Group in 2009. Prior to her appointment as Vice President, Downstream-West Africa, she founded SO Aviation in Nigeria, which she later expanded to Ghana. Under her leadership, SO Aviation grew its market share and improved its ranking from 7th to 3rd position.
Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Ikeja Electric Plc., the largest electricity distribution company in Sub-Saharan Africa, Soetan continues to be a transformational leader and a champion of leading with empathy.
Under Soetan’s leadership, Ikeja Electric has undergone a remarkable transformation. The company has invested heavily in its network infrastructure, including the installation of smart meters and the rehabilitation of existing distribution assets.
