Work hard!

It does not matter whether you are smart or not. You have to make up in hardwork what you lack in experience, skill, intelligence or innate ability. If your competitor is smarter, more skilled, talented, all it means is that ylu just have to work harder to reach their level and then beat them.

Make up with hardwork areas you feel yoi are at a disadvantage. Take note of what yoir strengths are and what your weaknesses are. This is so you cancknow where work has to be done and how much of it is needed.

You are a wingback for a football team but poor at taking crosses, then spend hours practicing how to take crosses till you get the hang of it. Do not make or give excuses. Get in and put in the work. There is no shortcut to success.

In conclusion, it is not enough to work hard, you must work smart. Working smart is having goals and also using the right tools to get to them. Ask for advice from those who have been at and have passed your stage, ask for feedback. Work smart.
