Table Talk On AFCON 2021: Unsaid Reasons Nigeria Lost To Tunisia

The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (also referred to as AFCON 2021 or CAN 2021), known as the TotalEnergies 2021 Africa Cup of Nations for sponsorship reasons, was the 33rd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the biennial international men’s football championship of Africa organised by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The tournament was hosted by Cameroon, and took place from 9 January to 6 February 2022.

The last time Nigeria 🇳🇬 won AFCON was the year 2013 and this seems ridiculous for an African gaint  who has several talents in the football  ⚽️ and sport industry.

On this third edition of Table Talk we brought two sport gurus to the table to analyse the unsaid reasons why the Nigerian team who were very optimistic lost to  Tunisia 🇹🇳 in Afcon 2021 held in Cameroon tagged #TotalEnergies2021 and why we have being losing to opponents continuously since the year 2013 win.

Coach Ola Olajide

Our guests on this edition were Coach Ola Olajide ( Former Lagos Nepa FC player, Football Coach and Sport Veteran) and Mr Bayo Salau ( broadcaster and founder  of sportbloomng.com), both experts joined our hosts Temmy Balogun and Christabel Ikpen to discuss  the topic;  Unsaid Reasons Why Nigeria Lost To Tunisia In Afcon 2021
