A hardworking South African man, Moses Magwaza has just bagged the wine service award at the 2017 Eat Out award ceremony, becoming the country’s best sommelier.
It is quite incredible that a glass of rosé wine nearly 12 years ago will act as the catalyst on a course that would eventually bring moses to fame.
The 36 year old worker at the Restaurant Mosaic bagged this award, beating out other competitors and emerging the best.
More About Moses Magwaza

His mentor, French Sommelier Germain Lehodey expressed his delight over the award in an interview.
