Award-winning Nigerian author and women’s right activists Chimamanda Ngozie Adichie was at the Women’s March held in Washington against Trump’s gender criticism view.

Thousands of women gathered as they fought for equal rights as citizens for all women, an action promoted by the just-concluded inauguration of President Donald Trump, a renowned sexist who made several derogatory comments about women during the campaign that produced him as the new President of the United States.

Adichie was joined by millions of women around the world who held similar marches to protest against President Trump and his comments that have severally disparaged women.
