Super falcon’s female striker Asisat Oshoala has been awarded the Chinese women’s super league ‘Best striker of the 2017 season’.
The 23 year old former Liverpool women forward bagged her fifth and sixth titles at the Asian capital. These include the Nigerian Women Premier League (NWPL) and two Nigerian women’s cup trophies, all with Rivers Angles.

Following her entrance into limelight in 2009, the Ikorodu born, Muslim female has been making landmarks in the sport.
Despite what should have been an abrupt stop in her career due to a knee injury she sustained while playing in 2015, this amazing young lady has relentlessly forged on.
Bravely facing unbeatable teams and holding her ground against family oppositions when she quit school to focus on football.
She is indeed a diehard go-getter paving way for younger generations.
Asisat celebrated her award on her Instagram page where she displayed the medal earned from pure sweat and rigorous time spent in training. It came as no surprise at all when she bagged the award.
Keep Going Asisat! We Are Proud Of You!
