Just a wonderful way to usher in the new year!

Nigeria’s football star and Chelsea’s Winger Victor Moses has been listed among the 2017 African team of the year.

The 27 year old star was the only Nigerian football player named among the prestigious list of African’s best players, a list usually compiled at the end of every year.

The Nigerian energetic footballer was on the 31st of December named by the French Football Magazine France Football amongst premier league super stars like Mohamed Salah and Sadio Manè

In 2017, Moses added several accolades to his professional profile by helping Chelsea win the premier league title which qualified them for the final of the Emirates’ FA cup. He was also named as Nigeria’s most outstanding player on the road to Russia.

Despite missing out on the confederation of African football and BBC player of the year award, Moses is to be named in CAF’s Team of the year next week at the gala ceremony in Accra, Ghana.
