Nigerian Comedienne, Helen Paul Becomes Professor At US Varsity

Dr. Helen Paul is a Nigerian comedian, singer and actress. She is also a stand-up comedian, known as Tatafo, characterized by a voice range that makes her sound like a child.

She broke out as a naughty comic character on the radio program “Wetin Dey” as a witty kid who addresses and lampoons societal issues in a satirical manner on Radio Continental 102.3FM, Lagos.

Helen Paul, broke the news of her educational feat on Instagram on May 30 2022. She has been appointed as a professor and Head of the Department of Arts, Music and Entertainment at Heart Bible International University, United States.

The university is an accredited online Christian Institute through the Florida education department for religious studies.

She becomes Nigeria’s first popular stand-up comedienne to be a professor.

She had previously bagged a Ph.D. in Theatre Arts from the University of Lagos.

She shared photos from her induction ceremony and also congratulated her husband Femi Bamisile, who graduated with a Doctor of Law from the same institution.

She said: “Congratulations to all of us at Heart University. I am now officially Professor Paul Helen. The ceremony was a beautiful one indeed. My sincere gratitude to my Boss and the University Chancellor. Dornett Mcintosh Ph.D

“Thank you my senior Professor Cox our faculty head and all HBIU staff in general. Will never forget to say a big thank you to my Atlanta Dean of programming. Yemisi Dunmoye Ph.D”

Helen has also been appointed as the Head of the Department of Arts, Music and Entertainment at Heart International University, United States.
