We strongly believe that the fulfillment of an individual’s dreams does not depend on physical or social status, and this was proven by Anambra state born, Tagbubo Chukwu wdeaho never allowed his deafness stop him from utilising his talent.
Tagbubo who was born deaf built a locally made tipper truck and drove it all the way from Onitsha to Awka, the venue for the ongoing Anambra state’s first international week for the deaf program.
The genius was displayed at the event which held on the 5th of November to the admiration of the general public.
At the deaf crafts exhibition, Tagbubo explained in an interview via sign language which was interpreted by Joseph Sunny Collins to the governor that he graduated from the special school for the deaf persons in Onitsha 2 years ago and he had started to construct the tipper one year ago. He claimed that he had no training from anybody but relied on his own instincts.

The executive governor of Anambra state Chief Willie Obiano represented by the SSA on disability matters Barrister Chuks Ezewuzie was amazed by Tagbubo’s level of creativity as he sat inside the tipper and promised that the state would do all it could to assist in the development of such rare talents.
Tagbubo through sign language made known his plans of improving his engineering skills to an advanced level.
Well Done Tagbubo! The Sky Is Your Starting Point!
