Meet Precious Samuel, Nigerian Entrepreneur Who Combines Fashion Designing With Acting

Unlike the ages before ours, when African women are hardly seen making impacts, now they have become forces to reckon with globally, our latest discovery is Precious Samuel, she is a multifaceted woman of impact who has featured in many home movies and still manages a reputable fashion brand alongside.

Precious Samuel originated from Cross River State in the Southern region of Nigeria, she had an OND in ICT from MAUTECH in Yola and also had a degree in political science from NOUN.

Her passion for fashion is inborn as she had always admire looking good, and neatness in design and this keen passion were what motivates her decision to start a fashion brand that will depict uniqueness and complete composure.

Precious in a movie scene

Whereas, she started acting as a stage drama actress in church and in elementary schools, but her official debut into the Nigerian movie industry was October 2018 through a Church member, when she was placed on same set with movie veterans such as Nadia Buhari and Halimah Abubakar.

This first time on stage was a massive success as she was able to beat expectations and this has hastened her growth in the movie industry as she had featured in popular Nollywood movies including Kiss and Tell, Lemonade Series, Oro, Intimacy and 7 years, and also performed alongside celebrated filmmakers such as Binta Ayo Mogaji, Nadia Buhari, Halima Abubakar. Iyabo Ojo, Peter Fatomilola, Bolanle Ninalowo, Sunshine Olawore, Felix Ugo Omokhodion, and several others within that short period of time.

Despite her burgeoning relevance in the entertainment industry, her fashion brand flourishes greatly, she was able to stay ahead of her massive competitors with a unique brand borne out of glamorous, consistent and distinctive approach which are key to extraordinary service delivery.

Talking to Espact, she revealed that her career journey isn’t free of heartbreaking challenges as striving to deliver the best service in a market populated by fashionistas is a herculean task, sustaining social media relevance, inflation and educating customers were examples of the daily challenges involved in the continuous growth of her fashion brands and entertainment career.

As a Nigerian entrepreneur with the mind of the people, her subsequent focus is to establish a brand that will contribute to national development by creating jobs for the ready minds as she hope to become an household name of the fashion world in the coming years.

Rounding off her interview with Espact, she advised the youths to remain focused, seek God’s wisdom, never stop doing what is right,  aim for the sky because they are UNLIMITED.
