Recently the news that dapper looking actor and singer Gabriel Afolayan played a dog in a movie got people talking on internet, so we decided to do more findings on the brain behind the movie, then we discovered that the creativity piece was developed by Miller Luwoye, a UK based multifacted professional.
Miller Luwoye is currently a Prolific Musician, Drummer, Entrepreneur, Cartoonist, Artistic Director, Children Writer, Mentor, and Presenter , and he finds himself combining all efficiently .
Miller studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama London, and later gained a scholarship to study further at the University where he graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Music Performance & Arts Management. He also acquired a Masters in Film Music Composition.
Miller’s amazing Nigerian animated movie which has a combination of amazing Nollywood actors , was titled SADE.
Speaking to the Channels TV, Miller made it known that he created SADE because he wanted a unique movie concept that would tell a Nigerian story and give audience a delightful experience they have not heard before.
Sade is a family-centred musical animation that tells the story of a little girl, Sade and her family who adopt TEJ, a wandering dog and victim of a hit-and-run driver. Soon, the society discovers that TEJ is not an ordinary dog, hence the race by the ‘powers that be’ to abduct the dog from Sade’s family begins.

With amazing actors and singers like King Sunny Ade, Bimbo Manuel, Omowunmi Dada, Norbert Young, Yinka Davies, Gabriel Afolayan, Omolara Ayodele, and many others in this animation piece, we are sure the message of ‘tender loving kindness’ that traverses family and the general society, will be appealing to both adults and young audience.
The movie whose lead actor is Omowunmi Dada, was produced by the prolific author and speaker O.B.A Owolabi.
“The entire songs in this movie are originally written for the SADE project, featuring King Sunny Ade, Cobhams Asuquo, Deola Adebiyi, Omolara Ayodele and productions from some of the hottest producers on the scene, including Young John, Ini Dminstrel, Cobhams Asuquo, Kent Edunjobi and others,” says Luwoye.
The Greathouse Entertainment Network production piece whose trailer was released this February will be in cinemas nationwide in the second quarter of 2018.
