The challenge we face in life will only enhance the success we aim to face in life. The case of former school drop becoming the best graduating student in BABCOCK is very inspiring.
Michael Agbojo who became the overall best graduating student at BABCOCK University with a degree in CRS had a tough life even though his parents were Christians. His decision to study CRS was met with a lot of negativity from friends and some family members but as determined and focused as Michael was, he did not allow it to change his vision.
Michael is a native of Ogun State, born into a family of four children to Pastor Mr. and Mrs. Agbojo. His parents were well to do until a business partnership that went south in 2010. Although he was on scholarship while studying at Lead City University in Ibadan, Oyo State studying Computer/Electronic Engineering.
He had to drop out of University at 200 level because he was unable to pay for his tuition fee. He took to music, rapping to vulgar words due to the demands of music promoters without the knowledge of his parents to make ends meet.
His breakthrough came went he went to visit his parent at Ijebu Ode and was made to attend a 14 day programme.
He gave his life to Christ; got baptized and decided to do away with the life of vulgar rapping. The decision to study CRS in Babcock stem from his giving his life to Christ and a missionary assignment at Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Michael had the overall result with a GPA of 4.97. Michael has continually revealed that the decision to give his life to Christ was the best he made, that it wasn’t easy at first because just like other youth, he was faced with a lot of obstacles and distraction but he was grateful to God for seeing him through.
