How Espact’s Mission To Train Over 20,000 African Youths On Digital Skills Kicked Off In Lagos On September 24

Espact has started it’s mission to train over 20,000 African youths on digital skills following the commencement of its first batch of the digital skills training in Lagos on Friday, 24th of September and Saturday 25th of September, 2021 respectively.

The digital driven media firm ‘Espact’ is on a mission to train over 20,000 African youth on Digital Skills which will enhance their growth in their chosen professions and businesses through Espact Academy Training.

The training instructors on site were our Lead Consultant , Temmy Balogun and our Digital Operations Lead, Ebunoluwa Okusanya, both took turns to take the participants thoroughly through the digital related courses with both theoretical and practical analysis.

The courses which were taken in the digital training included but were not limited to Digital marketing Pillars, Social media management and marketing, Email marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Paid Promotion ( Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram). Other courses were: Getting Digital Customers, Digital Content Creation, Social Media Profile Optimization, Search Engine Optimisation ( SEO), Digital Analytics, Digital Tools and Design.

Each participants were asked different questions on the subject topics to ensure they understood the courses and were also asked to put what they learnt in the training into practice by creating contents such as; creative designs and so on.

After the digital skills training was concluded on Saturday, 25th September, each participants were handed certificates of completion- both soft copy and hard copy, to certify their successful completion of the digital courses with Espact Academy.

The participants also shared their testimonals on all they learnt and how confident they were after the training.

The participants also got additional benefits of two weeks follow up after training; an open opportunity to Intern with Espact and learn more on digital tools while working with the organization as well.

Job recommendations were also made available to interested participants who would like to be recruited to organisations of their choices.

Espact concluded Lagos session of its Digital Skills Training on September 25th with plans of having the second batch for Lagos in November.
