Espact has an attitude, which is celebrating entrepreneurs and individuals making impact. We love to tell success stories , hence reason we are celebrating Edose Ohen today .
Standing tall on our MCM spot today is the founder of Alfa O&O, and Houston famous doughnut cafe; Glazed.
Edose Ohen, born to a Nigerian-American family, hails from Edo, Benin-city of Nigeria. He was born March 25, 1986.
Edose had his university education at the University of Houston and graduated in 2009 with a degree in Management and Information Systems. In 2013, he got his MBA in Supply Chain and Operations.
He started his career at a mid-to-large sized international oil and gas company in the United States where he worked his way up to an Information Technology manager.
The desire to do more set in and in 2013, after drawing inspiration from his favourite CNBC show “How I Made My First Million”, he sought assistance from close friends and family to start a doughnut cafe, Glazed. Although, his first six months at it was a total disaster, he did not relent but rather persevered until he was finally able to get his doughnut cafe off the ground one year after he started it.
Not long after, that desire to not settle for small victories came knocking again, and this time, Edose Ohen started another business Alfa Dando, parent company of Wireless NG. Today, Wireless NG is said to have provided communication platforms for the Nigerian Gas Pipeline and Transporation company.
What’s not to celebrate about this 33-year old vibrant, unrelenting Nigerian-American entrepreneur who has successfully built a name and brand for himself in the United States and is now building a diversified empire in Nigeria through his Information technology network services. At Espact today, we crown Edose Ohen our Man Crush Monday, for he had earned a big spot in our hearts.
