In Lagos, the 40 fellows who made up the first cohort of the Astra Fellowship for Young Leaders of Tomorrow just graduated recently.

When the 40 graduating fellows started a one-month training, Bode Pedro was thrilled and honoured to be a part of it as it was led by the assistant coach, Dr. Kenneth Ikenwa, and assistant head coach, Dr. Bamidele Oshinowo, both well-known educators and seasoned executives, and drawing from Pedro’s recent experience as a graduate of the Programme for Leadership at Harvard Business School.
